OMG!! The answer to my prayers!
I have a 145-pound extra-hairy Alaskan malamute and a cat to boot, and I had despaired of ever having a human sit down in my house and still look like a human when they stood up. Like a lot of other reviewers, I had tried every "de-furral" product I could find; they either didn't work or were more trouble to use than they were worth. I once had a squeegee-like rubber tool that was great for collecting fur, and I also have the 3M Fur Fighter tool which is pretty good, but both required a lot of elbow grease and I had to work with the tool in one hand and the vacuum hose in the other. Very hard work. Not only does this product do exactly what it promises, it does it while gliding effortlessly over the upholstery or fabric, and since I am no spring chicken any more, it's great to be able to de-fur without being exhausted when I'm done. The tool fits perfectly on the end of my Panasonic vacuum hose with no adapter needed. It fell off a couple of times, no big deal. Also, since my dog has very long hair, once in a while a clump got caught on the face of the tool and needed to be picked off so it could go through the holes into the vac, also no big deal. I debated whether to invest in a whole new "pet lover's vacuum" but decided to try this little $15 item instead, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I can even resurrect a chenille throw that I had completely given up on, and my couch looks spotless. I highly recommend this. By the way, I have no idea why it's labeled as a "baby product" on Amazon, unless someone has an extremely furry baby.
